Program Basics

After School Care is from 3:31 PM
until 6:00 PM this school year. ASC will include an
afternoon snack, homework time, and recreation time.
After care will NOT be provided on school holidays or on
the half-day at the end of the school year (May 21).

Every Day Plan ($7.00 per day)

Parents who choose the Every Day plan need to pay on or
before the 3rd school day of each month. The cost is $7.00 per day.
No credits will be given for days missed during the week.
Make checks payable to Madisonville Junior High. Total
cost for March is $98.00, April is $154.00.

Occasional Walk-In Plan ($8.00 per day)

Parents of occasional Walk-In students are expected to pay when
the child is picked up. If you plan to take advantage of
the Walk-In service, you must call the school (845-3355)
or send a note with your child to give to the office on the
day needed.

Yellow Emergency Card

If you plan to participate in
either the Every Day or the Walk-In plan, you must
submit a yellow emergency card prior to using the
service. These forms may be obtained at the office.

Late Fee

Any student picked up later than 6:00 PM
will be charged $1.00 for each MINUTE thereafter.
