Mrs. Breaux's Consumer Science classes have been industrious. They are working on
cross stitch designs. Students picked out colors and made up their own personal designs.
This eye-hand coordination,
along with fine motor skills, is an excellent way for students to
identify strengths
or weaknesses. This acknowledgement of good fine motor skills can lead to
future employment.
Surgeons, computer technologies, mechanical-electrical engineering
and more.
All require
the ability to stay still and focused for long periods of time
while
manipulating small objects with their hands.
